Nanny Noah says: Interesting item, The Plaque. I've borrowed it from Professor. Oogle, of Saxton Museum. Like all exhibits, The Plaque has a bit of a story. It's original home wasn't too far from where we are sitting, here in The Bear. Let's see if you can work out whereabouts, and how long it stayed here...
