About the Photographer: Jonathan Boakes, 32, lives and works in the harbour town of Looe, Cornwall. As well as photographing the changing countryside, Jonathan is also the head of Darkling Room Productions, the creators of websites and computer games.

Already Autumnal was commisioned to capture the months of September, October and November. These autumnal months are a quiet time for Cornwall's tourist industry, with many feeling that the county still has plenty to offer to those curious for a holiday at an alternative time fo year. The regular sun-seeking families have long since depearted, come November, meaning the towns of Looe and Polperro become quiet, people-free ghost towns to explore at your leisure.

The photographer says: "Autumn is my favourite season. A lot of people say that, I know, but in my case it is definitely true. My birthday, in November, is always a special time. The quiet streets of the town (Looe) are far more pleasant during this time. Searching the streets and beaches for inspiration is a pleasure when lit by the warm, soft, Autumnal light. It has been wonderful to complete this exhibition of photographic prints, which I hope capture some of the mood and atmosphere of the county at this time of year.
